It's hard to believe that just three weeks ago, "Real Housewife" Bethenny Frankel was busting out of maternity tops, downing pints of ice cream, and complaining about swollen ankles.
In a fraction of a trimester, the queen of the Skinny Girl empire has morphed back into almost pre-baby shape, dropping 29 of the 35 pounds she gained while pregnant with daughter Bryn Hoppy.
Bethenny Frankel is a renowned American actress, television personality, author and a well-known chef who made her foray into the glamor industry by appearing in the 1993 short film “Soiree Sans Hors D'oeuvres”. The artist played cameo roles in films like “Hollywood Hills 90028” and “Wish me Luck”. Frankel has also participated in hit reality T.V series like “The Real Housewives of New York City” and “The Apprentice: Martha Stewart”. The artist has also penned several cook-books and a few of them have registered strong sales.
The impressive success enjoyed by Frankel in professions as diverse as the liquor business and glamour industry have turned her into a multimillionaire with an estimated net worth of ‘$25 million’. The lady earned her living by playing bit roles in films and television sitcoms during the early part of her career. Bethenny entered the big money league with appearances in two popular TV reality shows and by hosting her own talk show. Frankel’s foray into the liquor business has been hugely successful and her company “Skinnygirl Cocktails” has carved a significant niche for itself in the lucrative booze business with its offerings of low fat ready-to-drink cocktails selling close to a million cases.

Frankel, 39, delivered a healthy 4-lb, 12-oz baby girl Saturday in New York with husband Jason Hoppy, 38, by her side. The baby was born several weeks earlier than her June due date.
When Bethenny entered her third trimester, she drastically reduced her salt intake and followed a mostly vegetarian diet to combat water retention, especially in her face.
'I WAS A SWOLLEN BEAST'
Frankel had lamented April 25 on Twitter that her face looked "deformed" and she was a "swollen beast."
